Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LISA, an AI meeting assistant provided by GetMax Healthcare Solutions. By signing in, you agree to them.

The service

LISA joins your meetings, transcribes them, and takes follow-up actions (email, tasks, calendar) on your behalf using your connected Microsoft 365 or Google account.

LISA is a business tool. It is intended for professional use in meeting coordination and follow-up. It is not intended for clinical decision-making or emergency use.

Your account

  • You must sign in with a work Google or Microsoft account to use LISA. Access is invite-only unless your organization has been granted open access.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and two-factor authentication codes secure.
  • You must not share access with anyone outside your organization or use LISA on behalf of a third party without their consent.

What LISA does with meeting data

When you authorize LISA to join a meeting, it records audio and produces a transcript. By starting a recorded meeting with LISA present, you are responsible for:

  • Notifying all participants that the meeting is being recorded, as required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction (see T-70 Recording Notice below).
  • Obtaining consent where required.
  • Ensuring that any Protected Health Information discussed is handled in accordance with HIPAA and any applicable Business Associate Agreement with GetMax.

T-70 Recording Notice (deferred)

In-meeting recording announcements (spoken by the LISA bot when it joins) are planned but not yet implemented. Until this feature ships, you are solely responsible for notifying participants before recording begins.

Acceptable use

You may not use LISA to:

  • Record conversations without the knowledge of participants where prohibited by law.
  • Harvest or export data from other people without authorization.
  • Conduct automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or other harmful activity against our infrastructure.
  • Violate any applicable law, including privacy, wiretapping, or HIPAA regulations.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content produced in your meetings. The transcripts, minutes, and action items generated by LISA are yours.

GetMax retains all rights to the LISA platform, its code, models, and underlying technology. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of the platform to you.

Availability and changes

LISA is provided on an as-is basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running but do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access.

We may change features, pricing, or these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GetMax is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LISA, including missed follow-ups, failed recordings, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using LISA at any time. You can request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
