It joins from your calendar
live todayYou sign in with Microsoft once. From then on LISA reads your calendar through Microsoft Graph and is there for the meetings you point it at. There is no bot to invite, no plugin on anyone's laptop, and nobody has to remember to start it.
- Sign-in is Microsoft OAuth — we never see your password
- Graph permissions are read-scoped for calendar and meeting content
- Google Workspace and Zoom are next, not today
Live transcription
live todayThe audio is turned into text on GPUs we own. That matters for two reasons: your recordings do not go to a third-party API, and we can tune the model for how your people actually speak — Indian English, code-switching, three people talking at once.
- Speech models run on our own hardware, not a vendor endpoint
- Tamil–English and Hindi–English code-switching handled
- Speaker names come from the meeting roster, not guesswork
Decisions and open questions
live todayA separate pass reads the transcript and separates three things: what was settled, what is still open, and who agreed to carry it. That is the difference between minutes and a summary — a summary compresses an hour into three bullets and loses the part you needed.
Action items with an owner and a date
live todayAnything anyone committed to comes out as a task with a name on it. Where a date was said out loud, it carries the date. Where one was not, it says so rather than inventing one.
The recap
live todayA written recap goes out while people are still closing their laptops. It reads the way the person who runs your meetings would have written it — plain sentences, real names, nothing padded.
Drafted follow-ups
live todayThe email, the chat reply, the calendar hold — written and waiting. Anything that would leave your organisation sits in a queue until a human releases it. LISA does not send things to your clients on its own.
Ask across every meeting
live todayAsk a question in plain English and get an answer drawn from the transcripts, with the meeting and the moment named so you can go and check it. If it does not know, it says it does not know.
Your team's vocabulary
live todayEvery team has shorthand — account names, product names, codes. LISA picks yours up, so a billing team gets CO‑197 and auth numbers written correctly and a sales team gets its own pipeline stages. Same assistant, different words.
Booking and rescheduling
live todayBook it, move it, cancel it from one chat box. It reads everyone's calendar before it answers, so it proposes a time that actually exists.
Weekly digest
nextOne message a week: what got decided, what slipped, what is still unowned. Built but not switched on for everyone yet.
Security and data
Meetings are the most sensitive text a company produces. These are the commitments, stated plainly rather than as a badge.
- Single tenant
- Your meetings, transcripts and recaps sit in your own instance. Nobody else's data is in it and yours is not in anyone else's.
- Our own models
- Inference runs on GPUs we own. Your recordings are not sent to a third-party AI provider to be processed.
- Encrypted at rest and in transit
- Storage is encrypted and every connection is TLS.
- Least privilege
- Microsoft Graph permissions are scoped to what LISA needs to read a meeting, and nothing wider.
- Deletion on request
- Ask and a meeting, its transcript and its recap are removed. Ask for the account and all of it goes.
- BAA available
- If you handle protected health information and need a business associate agreement, we will sign one.
